Parvati's heart had skipped a beat when she saw him, and she gave him a hug in return, loving the feeling of being in his arms. Everything about him was just so comforting - even his familiar scent.
She looked at him and shook her head slightly. "It could be better. The usual Gryffindor drama, which I won't bother you with. Blah. I'm putting it aside before I get the urge to seriously hurt someone in my house."
She giggled. "You are too cute, honestly. Not going to tell me what's got you so cheerful? I mean, aside from the fact I'm here and that I'm glad to see you?"
Parvati flopped down beside him, and she turned to face him.
"You've got some Gryffie traits, though," she told him. "Has anyone told you that? At least you're not a joke to your house like I am," she said with some bitterness.
"You've got more chivalry than most of the guys in that house, dear." Reaching out, she touched his arm softly. I feel so...safe and protected when I'm with you."
Her cheeks flushed slightly, and she looked down.
"I don't handle things very well. I'm not as strong as I'd like to be."
Charlie felt himself blush more, and gave her a smile as he tightened his arm around her. "Thank you. And you have a talent for making me blush, I think. Either that or I just do it entirely too easily."

Grinning to herself, Vati checked her appearance carefully. Her hair was in it's usual long braid that went almost to her waist.
Singing to herself, she skipped out of the dorm, glad for an escape from all the drama that has been happening lately.
A few minutes later, she reached the Hufflepuff entrance, smiling widely when she was Charlie waiting for her.
"Hello, hon!" she greeted him.

"Hey there," he said, following her into the common room. "Have you had a wonderously spectacular day? Because I know I have."

He flopped down on the sofa, and looked up at her.
"As for why I'm in a good mood?" He shrugged. "No reason, really. It's just been a good day."

"You're one of the strongest people I know, love. And the most beautiful, by far. And amazing. Should I keep going?"

And he called her love. Was he even aware that he said it?
"You're strong too. Stronger than you think you are. And you're the most amazing person there is."
"Not unless you want to see my face permanently red," she teased him.
She gently laid a finger on his cheek. "At least I'm not the only one blushing now," she said, raising her head to look at him.

Don't even think like that. It won't happen.
