so my mom is crying which im not use to. then i think about it and how lonely she probably feels, then i feel bad. but the way she thinks about certain things causes her to also feel other negative feelings. that's when you got to let your ego or pride in, when you want to be truly nice and give advice, it's not about being scared if the other person will be upset with you, but doing what you know is right that will help the other person. so even if my mom tells me to shut up or go away, i understand it's because she feels some sort of misery or discomfort.

still blank at times, with the uncomfortable feeling that comes with numbness, and with the energy and lack of concentration. the new stuff prescribed helps so much though. the trick for some people to try not to stress is to plan, then just do things when it comes up, and when you want to do things in a certain way, just think about how to do it and do it so you don't think about it, it will come naturally. also it's not what you do, but how you feel and what you make of it. because if i feel in tune with myself whatever i end up doing is just fine.

so now im hired at where i wanted to be, at least almost there.

some things i think everyone should understand is ying/yang in general and how it correlates with moods. since some people i notice glorify euphoric feelings, when life comes along with other feelings. then some people try to hide from these feelings instead of dealing with them. people can deal with it then and there, and keep going and move on, people naturally heal even if at the moment things seem off.

another thing people should really understand is relativity. this will also help with understanding opinions aren't facts. i love facts, they can be so comforting, like math equations and cooking.

people should also learn a second language. it really helps with creativity and other stuff.

also how everything in some way is connected.

then how everything is love in some form.

people should also be educated in different aspects of mental health and illnesses. this will help people understand themselves and others.

nutrition is very important. it has so much to do with how people function with foods and its' importance.
