Dreams
Some people dream about being rich, others dream about being carefree.
I was told by a "sweeper", don't dream. Just do it.
He who drives a taxi 3wks ago. Drove Mercedez, BMW etc provided by the companies.
Having rested for a year, he sat down with me in the small coffee below my office.
Telling me straight in the face, " Don't play games young man, just do your work, you can go far!"
He said the above after I confess I'm still learning how to tackle my new environment.
Its interesting to be pull down by what I always believe would bring me far. Being streetsmart, being observant to things around me and learnt to excel by imitating others way of success.
I should try to aim higher, not looking at how to tackle the boss or colleagues, but concentrating on learning from the on-the-job. My boss will see my effort and I believe, I will live a happier person.
Dreams are for nights. During the day, we should make things happen.
Dreamless nights happen when I'm too tired and feel accomplished. I like those nights. Especially with "U" in my arms.
