Time to Waste...Not
It's been a while since I have posted a real livejournal entry, but I have finally decided that now is the time! Of course, the fact that I have a paper due tomorrow and I have not finished yet is not at all part of this sudden lj interest...:P Life has been pretty hectic for me, with the regulars of school and work, but not without fun times. Lately, the group here in Charlotte has been doing a fair amount of activities, and that certainly makes things interesting. Laser tag was very fun, and I found out that I am not half-bad at it. In fact, I am interested in playing it again, maybe this time at the feast when we can get a big group to go and we can play people we know.
This Monday I got sick for the first time in a while. It was a really sudden onset - one minute I was fine, then the next I noticed my throat was not feeling all that great, and before I knew it I had a full-blown cold. Every Monday I have classes from 3:45 to about 9, so it was a really long day, and I was not feeling my best by the time I got home. I was looking forward to getting a good night's sleep since I did not have to work until 10 on Tuesday morning, but as things go, I got a call at 5:30 Tuesday morning from one of my co-workers asking me if I could fill in for the morning shift person. It actually was not all that bad - I actually got to go home and rest for the rest of the day without any interruptions.
I seem to have delayed my paper long enough, so I must get back to working!
