[The ceiling is much lower here, the room much smaller, and it seems more... concrete. There are several tables around with computers set up on them, although they all seem to be powered down except for one, which has a chat window open to your shepherds.

Not really. I know what the guy out there told me. It seems pretty straight forward though? Like a slumber party game or something.
