So, I haven't used LiveJournal with any frequency or honest intent for over 2 years, so I am taking this opportunity to put down where I stand in life, the universe, and everything.
Summer 2005: Work at ITAP, part of the A/V squad "A TEAM" Best summer job EVER.
August 2005: Start dating Abby.
Fall 2005: One last semester of breakfast club and the college life. I'm pretty sure some interesting stuff happened here.
December 2005: Graduate from Purdue University with a B.A. in Political Science and leave with many aspirations.
January 2006: Throw aspirations away and accept reality, continue working at Track 'N Crap.
April 2006: Travel to Ireland. My goodness my Guinness! And London. Mind the Gap!
May 2006: Receive Fighter I/II certification, begin applying to departments.
Early September 2006: Enough is enough! Resigned as Ass-Man of the Crap 'N Track. Set out to find another job.
Mid September: Decide one big change isn't enough, sell Danger Dodge, purchase Honda Personal Vehicle. (Although currently jobless, leap of faith?)
October 1st 2006: Begin new job at Bison Financial Group.
January 2007: Apply to Fishers and Noblesville fire departments. Begin training training for physical test.
March 2007: Complete class and receive Indiana state EMT certification.
April 2007: Pass physical test. End physical training.
June 2007: Receive letter from Noblesville, I am 4th on their hiring list. They don't hire until 2008.
Also June 2007: Take up golf.
Also June 2007: Give up golf. (Just kidding)
July 2007: Receive letter from Fishers, I am 1st on their hiring list. They also don't hire until 2008.
Present: Tired of waiting, tired of Lay-flat, IN. All the girls know me here. Apply for a job w/ American Funds-Capital Group in Indianapolis until Fishers or Noblesville call me.
