Lesson Learned
Let me just say something...I have learned a great lesson this week, and that lesson is...
GOD'S TIMING
God is so great because He reacts to His children's actions in this incredibly expanding universe. There are so many things going on in the world needing guidance, attention, peace, and love...but He cares so much for each child that He comes into our lives personally answering prayers and providing opportunities. Thank you God for allowing me to experience your awesomeness!!
Last time I posted, my life felt as though it were in total disaster without end in sight. I knew that eventually things would come together, but the pressures and fears were so great. My Father wrapped me in His arms providing peace, assurance, grace, and hope. Here's how He has answered my prayers...
* I have an interview today at Grace UMC for the youth director position
* Someone is buying my car this week
* My friends are showing support and love like never before
* Worries have been lifted from my sister
*Lifeway is interested in possibly hiring me, if they can find an open position
* I made a new friend named Troma who is a Christian Music Artist
The ball has started to roll, and what path it will take I'm not sure...but I know that God is guiding me through every life experience. Father, I pray that your will be done...may my words be your words and visa versa. May everyone who I come in contact with feel your presence and love living in me...and may that Love overflow into their lives like a calm sea reflecting the sunset...offering peace, serenity, and igniting passion for life. Father, I praise You and thank You for your constant presence. Please be with me as I go through this interview today..help me feel you by my side... thank you for being between the conversations I will have...may the woman you have created me to be outpour through the room. May the conversation be at ease and may you consume our hearts, minds and spirits. May the needs of these youth be realized and a youth director be found who will ignite their desires and passions to take their faith as their own and to experience you in all aspects of their lives! May it be fun...with smiles being engaged toward one another. May it be of you!
Thanks for always guiding me...and allowing me not to be in control...thank you for creating me with talents and desires that can be used to bring others closer to You! I surrender myself and all I have to your will.
