Hello from Jackie
I visited with Stephie yesterday evening and Tony was there, ofcourse. Her aunt Kathy is down from Melbourne and stays with Step during the day so mama Julia can sleep and Then mama Julia spends the night with her! It is a bit harder to visit with her being in Intensive Care Unit, but her doctors,nurses and R.T.'S HAVE BEEN WONDERFUL! I believe Daddy George and Meredith were going to visit today! Last night Kina spoke to her and we held the phone up to her ear AND she made it a point to point to her ring which Tony gave her. She even opened her eyes and posed for a picture, smile and all to send to Kina! It made her night to talk to Kina! And Kina approves of Tony!!!! I gave her all her messages and she gave me the thumbs up, so I know she heard and understood all of them.Anyone friends that live near or relatively near can write a post and Meredith and I make sure she gets them.I also know if you want to visit, a short visit is o.k.--they are pretty strict on 2 people at a time. Sister Sammy comes everyday usually twice a day. I am sure Meredith will post about todays visit later on. Please keep your warm thoughts and prayers for Stephanie and her family, Thank you Jackie
