Anyone actually had a bad reaction to b12 injections?

(I have been warned it might make me a lot more tired).

Anyone bed bound ever had them & had an improvement?

Ta, sorry.. big decision to me!

I know alot of people have had temporary relief from B12 injections (where they're low on B12) but what about B12 tablets? I don't know if I have a B12 deficiency & I'm unable to get to the dr.'s to check, but I've asked Mum to pick me up some tablets anyway (I figure it can't hurt ( Read more... )
