In my opinion, no.. but if you have other health issues/gut issues related to your CFS it might prevent you absorbing the iron you do eat? & being anaemic would definitely excaberate CFS/ME symptoms.
that is what i was thinking becuase i read up on iron absorption problems and it mentioned crohns and other stomach problems can prevent people from getting the iron they need and my gut issues are one of my main problems. i'll get it checked out anyway.
Yeah well you know the treatment I'm on.. it sticks all sorts of gut issues liek IBS and chrohns in the same basket... so for me it's entirely possibe that that could be happening.
are you allowed to take any other medications while on MP? because there is an amazing stomach medication i swear by called buscopan. it's aussie and it's a miracle worker for an upset stomach.
There are heaps you can't take, but the ones you absolutely need you can... and I can't think of a reason buscopan would be a problem. You can take panadols and anti-emetics and immodiums etc. There's a list if you're interested.
there might be but it's from an aussie herb so i'm not sure. on the website it says it's available at pharmacies there but i'll be bringing my huge bag of medications anyway!
i don't have msn anymore so email works! i'll just go shoot you one now :)
