Yup! When our kittybeast had a cold, some care was required. :) When she started getting better, my partner thought himself safe so he was lying on the bed and let her lie on his chest so she could snuggle and feel happy.

HUGE CAT SNEEZE. IN DA FACE. Glad it wasn't me. She got me a couple times-- she likes to sleep next to me near the head of the bed so I was in the firing zone-- but not nearly that badly, point-blank, with the biggest sneeze EVER. Cat snot FTW. :)

OH, no! Cat snot has happened a lot here today. I was dressed for the occasion in sweats and a t-shirt. Albert's the type of kitty who wants cuddles when he's sick, so...

I was a dumbass and realized that he likes to take pills in Pill Pockets. Of course I remembered this only after everything had closed! It's been about 2 yrs. since he last had to take any pills, so I was slow on the uptake.

My mom's cat used to be obsessed with those things. Like, she'd hear the pill bottle rattle and come running (and since my mom's on a lot of meds herself, you can imagine...). Now she won't touch the things.

Our kitty won't have them unless they're drenched in tuna juice first. :)
