“You should do it,” Subaru urged with twinkling eyes.
“Well…” Takki started to say.
“You should have your own ranger; we could make you a special guest!”
“I dunno,” Takki said skeptically.
“I could get Yasu to design the costume and get Yokocho to write you into one of the skits,” Subaru stammered excitably.
“Maybe I will,” Takki grinned, enjoying the happiness in his friend’s eyes.

Tsubasa stood by the river, bouquet of lilies in his arms. He lifted the flowers towards his noise, smelling the sweet fragrance. He tried to fight the tears as he tossed the flowers in the river, setting them free. He knew the pain was too much to bear, so he let it go. He started crying when he felt Jin’s arms wrap around him in a tender embrace. Tsubasa leaned into him and his comfort.
“He let go of you; so now, you should let him go. He couldn’t love you like he should have,” Jin whispered soothingly as he petted Tsubasa’s hair.
“I know,” Tsubasa said, voice breaking.
“I love you though,” Jin assured him as he kissed his forehead.
“I know,” Tsubasa mumbled as he watched the lilies flow away.

The apartment was dark and cold when Toma entered.
“He should really keep his door locked,” he thought as pulled his shoes off. He called for him as he padded through the hallway.
“Toma?” Pi called back in a grief stricken voice.
“I got worried when you hung up on me,” Toma said softly when he found his friend crying on the couch.
“I’m sorry,” Yamapi said as his tears silently rolled down his face.
“About hanging up on me or…” Toma started to ask, but he couldn’t bring himself to say the rest of the sentence.
“I’m so sorry. It should have been you, not me,” Yamapi said, jumping up from his seat.
He stood in front of Toma with eyes of regret, “You should have been the one to debut. You were always better at dancing, singing, everything. I was just...”
“More popular? Better looking?” Toma asked as he tried to swallow his jealousy.
“I’m so sorry,” Pi cried, leaning into Toma’s chest for comfort.
Toma wrapped his arms around Pi in an act of comfort. He brought Yamapi back down onto the couch with him. All Yamapi could do was apologize over and over. He finally fell asleep on Toma’s chest as they laid on the couch together. Toma petted his hair as he sang to him soothingly. All Toma could think about was that Yamapi was right.

Ohkura frowned as his fingers toyed with Yasu’s newly cut hair. Ohkura couldn’t remember the last time he pouted this much. He let out another sigh, the third in the past five minutes. After letting his frustrations be known, Ohkura wrapped his arms around Yasu’s waist and buried his face into his shoulder. Yasu smiled, his hands held over Ohkura’s reassuringly.
“I want your hair back,” the younger one mumbled pitifully.
“It’s just hair. It’ll grow back,” Yasu laughed as his fingers trailed over Ohkura’s arm.
“Still not the same,” Ohkura replied, his lips brushing alone the guitarist’s shoulder.
“Do I not look good anymore?” Yasu tempted, biting his lip after he asked.
Ohkura pulled away, turning Yasu to look at him.
“You always look good,” Ohkura answered sincerely, gazing into Yasu’s eyes.
“That’s a lie,” he laughed while his finger’s traced over Ohkura’s lips.
“You are always beautiful to me,” Ohkura breathed through his parted lips.
“You’re sweet,” Yasu muttered before his lips replaced his fingers.

Takki smiles as he sees Yamapi’s name on the caller id.
“I’m nervous,” Yamapi said softly as soon as Takki answered.
“It’s your first day tomorrow. You have every right to be nervous,” Takki laughed kindly.
“It will feel weird, not knowing anyone but them knowing me,” Pi mumbled, still apprehensive.
“They don’t know you, not really. You’ll make all kinds of friends in no time,” Takki encouraged, his voice warm and inspiring.
“Thanks,” Yamapi said, some optimism finally showing.
“Oh and good luck your first day of college,” Takki said good naturedly before relief washing over his kohai.

“I saw Shoon the other day,” Hikaru remarked as he sat in the back seat of the bus with Yabu.
“How is he?” Yabu asked with his attention caught at the other’s name.
“Good I guess. We didn’t get to talk much. He’s really filled out though, always the athletic one,” Hikaru stated while trying to text.
“Ah,” Yabu mumbled as he began to think.
“You should call him or hang out, you know? He misses you,” Hikaru said, knowing eyes looking up from his phone.
“I should,” Yabu swallowed as he felt the old desire stirring.

Junno sits alone, away from the rest of group. He always seems to feel more alone when he is with them. He tries to remember when his cheerful smiles started to feel fake. He wonders why he even bothers anymore because this group truly doesn’t appreciate him. So he sits alone, waiting to see how long it takes for one of them to ask if something is wrong. No one has ever asked.

“They do this… thing where they talk about me,” Pi told Ryo, mystified.
“I don’t see the problem,” Ryo sighed as he took another drink.
“But they do it where I can hear it, like they want me to,” Pi resumed, pondering the matter.
“I still don’t see the problem. Maybe I’m the wrong person you should tell this to,” Ryo responded, looking over at his friend.
“I think they are making fun of me, Keiko and Saki both,” Pi replied as an uncharacteristic fear crossed over his face.
“I think you are just paranoid,” Ryo answered, patting him on the back.
“Maybe,” Yamapi mumbled as he kept their rude comments in his thoughts.

Kame met him once when he went clubbing with Pi and Yu. When Kame meets him again, they are both alone. He’s young, Kame knows, but it doesn’t discourage either of them. He’s sweet and cute; totally not Kame’s type, but that doesn’t stop him either. Kame is dazzled when he watches Seto Koji dance out on the floor. It doesn’t take long before Kame is front of him, touching him.
“It has been awhile,” Seto says with a sweet smile, as if Kame wasn’t trying to make a move on him.
“A surprise to run into you. You aren’t with the others?” Kame says calmly, pretending it isn’t his hand that is sliding down Seto’s back.
“Alone. For not at least,” he grins in a way that is a far cry from innocent.
“Does that mean you are offering?” Kame whispers in Seto’s ear.
Kame can feel the shiver run through the actor’s body.
“Take care of me,” Seto whispers back, his fingers tangling in Kame’s hair.
Kame smirks triumphantly as he brings his lips to Seto’s, heat melting into a kiss.
