hell in the form of greenville, sc
so the sabah and i went to ohio this weekend past. it was a blast. makes us realize even more how much g-vegas is homo hell, or anyone with a brain for that matter's hell. there is so much to do in columbus, gay/straight, whatever your preference might be. not only that, people there actually have manners and a vocabulary that consists of more than 50 words. in short, it is paradise. we left thursday afternoon in high spirits and came back sunday night/monday morning kicking and screaming. seriously, i think if we don't leave soon i am going to become even more insane than i already am. that's saying something. the 'gay' section of downtown columbus is lovingly referred to as 'the short north'. i have to find out why it got this nickname.
subsequent to our return from oh, sabah and i decided that whatever it may take, we are moving there. other than the fact that it is gay mecca, it is a phenomenal city. it appears as though january is our intended departure date. we are both super-excited, nervous, and ready to get the road on the show. we are both more than ready for this much needed and overdue change. did i mention the toy stores in oh are open 'til 3 am? and i speak not of the toys r us variety. ;)

* my brother's wedding is in nine days. wow.
* my car has decided to begin its self-destruction process, it's over-heating and generally being the pain in my ass that it has always been. anyone up for a bonfire, vw fox style?
* sabah's mom and aj(aunt jan) are being uber overbearing and thus causing the lovely much stress, meh.
nothing else exciting going on, but if said does sporadically occur, i will update accordingly.
