How nice does that look?
I stopped at a little cafe up the road from the massage clinic where I work today. I asked for a macchiato - and I didn't have to explain what it was! *excited* not only that, but THAT^^ is what I was presented with.
*drool*
Not to mention, I had the best Eggs Benedict I've had in a long, long time. Maybe EVAR. This version called Nova Scotia came with smoked salmon and spinach... I don't think life can get any better.
Oh, wait.
The owner is a really, really nice guy - a people person - and likes his coffee.
I'm hooked.
So if you're ever in Sandy Bay and you are looking for a cafe that feels like you're actually at a friend's house visiting... with great coffee and great food... well, go check out Gilt on Sandy Bay Road (next to the Metz) and NO I'm not getting paid for this! I believe in sharing and promoting the places that deserve it :)
EDIT: I went back in today (tuesday 20th nov.) just wishing I had more time. Both food and coffee are consistently good. I'm still hooked. HI SCOTT! :D
