THEY WILL SEE US WAVING FROM SUCH GREAT HEIGHTS

Jun 25, 2008 08:48

I am beginning to fall into a summer routine.  I catch the 272 every morning to the UW Medical Center, volunteer from 7-910AM and then attend class from 940-1040.  After class, I study at Suzzallo for a couple hours before heading to DT Seattle for work, or to Children's Hospital for my shift in the Outpatient Playroom.  I am home around eight o'clock every night.  I have dinner, study and sleep, ready to begin another 530AM-1030PM day.

I had an interview for a nannying position yesterday afternoon.  The family is interviewing another young woman today.  I really hope I made a good impression.  I will hear back later in the evening or tomorrow.  I am crossing my fingers.

Quote of the Day
Do what you feel in your heart to be right - for you'll be criticized anyway.  You'll be damned if you do and damned if you don't.
-Eleanor Roosevelt
