So long.
The last two weeks have been very interesting for me. I'm closing this journal, and in honor of that I'll be posting about this very long, very strange set of weeks in detail. Feel free to blur over the words if you so desire.
Monday, my boss and her husband come into town from Brazil because their grandchild is being born. They come into the office and tell me they are closing the business and I have about two more weeks of work before I will be out of work. They're trying to help me find something else in the field, but honestly I'm not all that thrilled about jumping into the fray again of the noble secretarial profession. But I suppose I'm going to have to. I'm useless to do anything else.
Anne sent me the second installment of the edited Tenth Revo. Good job so far. I'm going to borrow a friend's podcast microphone to record audiobooks. We'll see how that goes. Laptop's harddrive is already dying after about five months of use X_X that totally sucks. spent 50 bucks just to let some rude woman tell me that it was dying. trying to get the insurance company to replace the damn thing. I'm sure they'll continue to ignore me.
Friends came into town recently. Fun fun. I am totally wiped out, honestly. And I've been trying to get five minutes together to renew my passport and finish applying for unemployment but time just seems to be working against me lately.
Perhaps i'll return to school, perhaps I'll move. who knows? I certainly don't. but I'll have to figure it out soon because my lease is almost up.
It was a long, emo-filled three years, journal. May you rest in pieces.
