Milestones...
I sold my 50th item from my shop this morning at about 2:30am. Very exciting. Today I sold 2 more pins. Six pins sold in the last 22 hours.

I've decided to save my earnings (other than the charitable donations each month) to put towards grad school, even if I don't get accepted this year, I will put it towards furthering my education at some point. It's very little compared to what grad school will cost, but it is day 6 of January and I have made 45 bucks so far. silly, i know, but I think it's the idea rather than the actual monetary amount. A goal. I've been missing that for a while.
On a different note, this weather is really depressing me. I'm beginning to think I will never see snow again. The high was 72 degrees here today. Very creepy and really depressing. It's probably going to mess with the animals, it's already getting the bulbs to start growing in the parks. Please everyone, do your part, recycle, take public transporation when possible, carpool, conserve water and energy. every little bit counts.
Oh, and rent "An Inconvenient Truth" if you haven't already. Wake up, folks. Global warming is very real.
