its weightloss time!!
im actually trying (a little bit of) exercise this time round as well, along with eating more healthily and less.
the plan:
- at least two fruit thingies/raw fresh vegetable thingies a day
- muchmuch water for my precious kidneys
- jump rope at least once a day (if i miss a day -> euro in jar)
- not eat too many potatoes/pasta/rice at dinner, but bunch up on veggies and sauceless meat
- eat dark bread instead of white (sniff)
- not drink ice tea for a while and then start again at one can a day. ill still drink regular tea with sugar though, because just water is so bleh and sweetener gives you cancer.
i guess those are minor and especially doable changes i can make.
my motivation? i want to get my hair cut into a bob but it wont look good when my face is as round as it is now. (when i lose/gain weight it shows in my face very fast, especially my chin and neck)
