So, uh, that would be everyone who isn't me, I guess? And if you don't celebrate the religious part of it, enjoy the excitement of the commercial. And if you don't do that OH MY GOD, WORK WITH ME HERE PEOPLE.
LOL, NO BUT SERIOUSLY, I HOPE EVERYONE HAD A GREAT DAY FOR WHATEVER REASON ♥ ♥ ♥
Today my siblings and I gathered together and enjoyed the time-honored Armenian tradition of explain to our children why all of their friends got their presents this morning, but they'll have to wait because Santa won't be visiting us until Armenian Christmas on Jan 6th.
I know what some of you are thinking, btw; the date is really only important from a religious standpoint, why not do the present thing today, the Armenian church hardly considers that to be a bad thing since its a secular practice.
ITS BECAUSE OUR PARENTS MADE US DO IT AND WE'RE STILL BITTER ABOUT IT, THAT'S WHY. IF WE HAD TO DEAL WITH THAT CRAP SO CAN THEY, BASICALLY ♥
Nick and I took the girls to see Frozen (which is amazing, btw, except for the fact that most of the songs are trying waaaay to hard to be from the musical Wicked), so that has eased the trauma somewhat. For today. We stil have over a week of complaining to deal with AND I AM GOING TO ENJOY EVERY MINUTE. HOORAY FOR SCHADENFREUDE!
