Because at heart, I'm still a musical theatre geek <3
So, Livejournal randomly ate my last post. To quickly summarize that one:
1. Wisconsin can BITE ME.
2. Prometheus is a really good movie.
3. And an Alien prequel? How did I not know this? Where have I been?
3. b. Oh right, seeing Dark Shadows for the millionth time.
4. Michael Fassbender and Charlize Theron are both pretty much perfect.
And now on to newer things.
A while ago I mentioned Shirota Yuu, and how super hot and amazing he was, and how he was going to be staring as Death in the new Japanese cast of musical Elisabeth (which is, like, my favorite musical of all time that isn't Le Roi Soleil) and that I WANTED A COPY OF THAT LIKE NNGGG.
SO.
LOOK WHAT I FOUND GUYS. <3
He's so pretty.
I'm not really a fan of the Japanese version the of musical - They tend to get a little... uh, overly artistic with it? Like, Death is usually portrayed as a guy with SOME makeup and a vaguely weird costume, but Japanese Deaths seem to take that concept and multiply it by a bajillion. They always wind up looking like they belong in a Visual Kei band. O_o
Still. SHIROTA YUU. <3 <3 <3
I can't find much else since my Japanese is non-existant (so I can only search YouTube for "Shirota Elisabeth" as opposed to any Japanese text), but if anyone else happens to see more Elisabeth with Shirota in it FORK IT MY WAY PLZ. :D
