At one point, I thought it was completely out of the question for me to get into RISD. But now that I actually talk to RISD teachers and teacher's assitants, they actually believe that I could get accepted. This boosts my confidence, to say the least.
I'd like to remain optimistic, but I don't want to set myself up for a letdown.
Other possibilities: Parsons, Pratt, SVA, SMFA.
Probably others. I just don't want to wind up not getting into any of these top art schools and being devastated as a result.
