Well, he thought this was a dream. Nocturne has power over those and if he was off base, if he was put to sleep, it's logical to assume Nocturne was messing with him and sleepwalkers can be used to do that.

His name is Dash. He's one of my friends from back home.

Not that she's particularly good at her job. At least, she and her partner have been completely incompetent every time I've seen them.

Mostly. Here, certainly no more than that.

She did manage to actually cause trouble at home once. She and her partner stole the bells from the Tin Tower and drove the wild Pokemon in the area berserk.

These were special bells, said to summon Ho-oh - a legendary Pokemon. The entire Tin Tower is one enormous shrine to Ho-oh. And one of them broke.
