Woah
So yeah, today I basically decided that I think my new major will be psychology. I decided a few days ago that I simply can't follow the track I'm on, it's just not right for me. So here I am, Kira the psychology major. I like that it's scientific and will let me understand how the brain works, maybe from there I can get to know how the body works in conjunction with it, and then how to fix people.
I'm still gonna try my best to pass physics and calc this quarter, I need the physics as my 3rd science class anyway. Ooh, I like that I have the chance to get a minor in Spanish while I do psychology, that'll be spiffy.
Okay, other than school, I had an awesome Halloween weekend. On Sunday Jason and I went to a nature preserve place (they had some animals inside and I watched an owl make a pellet and watched water snakes swimming... so cool!!!) and walked around enjoying the beautiful trees and lovely weather. I then got back to the dorm and got my Phantomette of the Opera costume together, it turned out really well, so well that I won a costume contest at the BLAST dance downstairs (I won free unlimited dance classes next quarter :) ). THen I carved my first pumpkin ever!! Hoorah! It was a desert scene with a rattlesnake, but wasn't clean enough inside to make it really stand out. Oh well.
I've really enjoyed getting closer to my little group of friends here, we're opening up more every day.
Yeah, enough babbling, I gotta start studying... or cramming... for my physics midterm tomorrow, Brown's gonna slaughter me.
