Happy New Years
Last night was friggin amazing. This is especially unusual because it didnt start off so hot. JB, Adam, DJ, Gibney, Erica, Tom, Laurie, Mecone, and Shannon all headed off to first night, running into Page, Lapp and Nate. The train ride in was funny, some stoned guy started talking to us and Nate picked up a Junior from college and got her email. We headed our own seperate ways in boston, which meant that we walked from Back Bay to the Common, down to South Station, past the Aquarium and alongside the harbor till we made it to Fanieul Hall. We got back to the first night event and the slam poetry sucked so we just wandered aimleslly. We got into the prudential and almost left, but I ended up staying and im so glad I did. Things looked up as soon as we made it to the countdown and met up with Lapp, Nate and Page, although DJ and Gib had headed home. The countdown was a blast and waiting for the train was prolly the best part of the night. Overall it was a great new years, just hanging out with some friends and having a good time. Im recovering from a late night/early morning, thursday nights halo sleep over and the other crazy happennings of the week. Im signing off of an amazing vacation and am not looking forward to school sunday. Im gunna go do some hw and not slack....damn new year resolutions.
