aw! Rodney! It's adorable, Ces, I love it. I think the thing I love most about it is that it's a perfect document of the way I fell in love with Rodney and his ridiculous, embarrassing, amazing underdog life. I especially love the way you linger on certain incidents - Jeannie, Grace Under Pressure - and manage to make those incidents rich with backstory in a way that doesn't always happen on the show. (I especially like the intercutting of the Sam/Rodney kiss from GUP with the loss of Gall, Dumais, and Grodin).

And all the alterna-Rodneys, piling up! Such a great moment. Really, this makes me all smiles. ----> :D

Thank you so much! I keep calling it my Rodneyvid of love, because--I do think that he's just GROWN so much since we saw him in SG1--plus how DH seems determined to turn Rodney's Woobie up to 11! But I do think he has--no, he definitely has--the longest backstory of any SGA character and the most verifiable growth arc. The nicest thing that was said to me in vid review was how this vid was funny but it also TOOK RODNEY SERIOUSLY. I can do both! I swear I can! (And yay, you noticed Gaul, Dumais and Grodin!! WHOO.)

Nice vid, very effective. It certainly shows a lot of the tough moments in Rodney's life.
