Not Dead Yet
Well, for now anyways. If it stays cold like it has been or gets colder, I might just smother myself under my blankets. The heater in the dorm sucks balls too. We put the thermostat all the way up to 90 only to sit here in our jackets freezing. :/ Once we get some material to hang up, we're covering the windows so that no sunlight may enter in the mornings.
School is as annoying as ever. Data structures, systems programming, and calculus I, oh joy~.... Have the same teacher for the two CSC classes....he told us to learn C and C++ on our own. First coding thing for C due Monday. I can't even get the compiler or anything to work...fml. On the plus side, I finally got me a portable hot plate. I can make ramen, eggs, and easy stuff now. Woo!
I also finally finished buying all four season of Yu Yu Hakusho. Also randomly bought the complete miniseries of MPD Psycho, and the first two books of Trigun. Sadly, I failed to get any more Dragon Knights or Neon Genesis Evangelion. I did get my mom some DVDs, though I can't recall what I bought. All I know was one was a double feature with The Secret Garden, and I wanted it...so I got it for her. I'm not sure how that works. I even got her some footed Rudolf pjs. XD
I also got Assassin's Creed: Bloodlines for PSP. Just beat that a few hours ago. Holy crap, my thumb is killing me. Guess that's what happens when I don't play anything for prolonged periods of time. It was ok for what it was. The VA for Altair was much better on it than the first game for PS3...seriously, he sounded so....white? in the first game. wtf? Anyways, there were a lot of glitches, and the controls were a bit clunky. Camera was a real pain, but I still enjoyed it for what it was. Something to run around and stab guys in the back! Till, you know, Altair suddenly makes a mad dash off a roof and falls to his death when all I wanted to do was change my weapon. I drowned him so many times too. There was this gold templar coin on a wooden pillar in the water, but you can't hop across them like you're supposed to because it's just a bit too tall and too far. -.-;;; It's supposedly a coin you can only get out of luck from what I've read up. I did manage it after about 2 hours of repeatedly jumping to my death. Oh well.
My miso soup is out to kill me too. I have to sit there and chew the seaweed to fine little pieces or it'll find a way to try choking me. Figures.
hmm...what else. OH! Right. I uh....I'm in a modern dance class too this quarter. >.>;; Taking it with my roommate and her sister. I've no grace what-so-ever. Yet the teacher said I was doing ok and ended up pulling me out on the floor Thursday with some other girls. We got paired up with a guy and had to do the modern dance walk backwards while doing something that resembled the backstroke with our arms away from the guy while they came at us. We then had to pretend to be mad at them until they held out their arms, supposedly asking for forgiveness, and we take their hands. From there, they had to spin us close to them, spin us out then back, then we walk off together. Was so freaking awkward. Lana just stood in the corner laughing. >_<;
Well, can't think of anything else note-worthy for now.
Edit: I also need to stop looking an phantomhives sale page....I keep wanting to buy the TomxShizuo stuff by Crazy9.....$60 plus shipping.....so fucking tempted. >_< Well, one is a shizaya, think it's an anthology, but still. -curls up to avoid spending money-
