o1. Grab the nearest book.
o2. Open the book to page twenty-three.
o3. Find the fifth sentence.
o4. Post the text of the next five sentences in your journal along with these instructions:
--Don't dig for your favorite book, the cool book, or the intellectual one: pick the CLOSEST.
--Tag five other people to do the same. (Nah, just do it if you want to)

I have a few books on my desk. Guess I can do a few. Nothing else going on.

Book One: "Fairyville" - Emma Holly
"...Don't you like to know the why of things? Doesn't it calm you even if it can't change what is? I can go alone, if this makes you uncomfortable."

Normally, Alex wouldn't have thought twice about handling a job this size solo. The fact that he'd been assuming Bryan would come made Bryan think he really was shaken.

If I didn't know what it was about, I'd be a tad bit confused, think something else was going on, then when I get to the book to see, wouldn't be far off. And damn, what a fucked up run-on sentence.

Book Two: "Don't Worry Mama" - Narise Konohara & Yuki Shimizu
Yuichi's body began to shake. He wanted more than anything to scream "pic", but he clenched his fist to keep from doing so. His porcine superior continued to look up at him blithely unaware of his peril.

"I can't believe someone like you can get promoted by just sucking up to others. Suginoki Pharmaceuticals has no future because of workers like you."

er....wow...not much there. o.O;

Book Three: "The Man Who Doesn't Take Off His Clothes" - Narise Konohara & Yuki Shimizu
Kaitani got the feeling that Fujiwara was a machine manipulated by information; creating something should be a more human act. Just as in high school, when the class put on a play or performance for the school festival, he felt there should be that same sense of solidarity and accomplishemnt. When working with Fujiwara, everything good or bad about something came down to whether it sold or didn't sell. There wasn't any room for personal sentiment.

Again, not much going on. X'D
Mah, oh well. Only manga left on my desk.

In other news, I graduate this Friday! WOOTNESS! I'll have my Associates Degree in Computer Information Technology. XD Working on getting all my paperwork and whatnot done to transfer up to Ruston to go to Louisiana Tech University for my Bachelors. Oh the fun.
