I have come to the conclusion that my mil is not happy unless she causes us some drama, and that drama comes every Monday. I am not sure why it is on Monday, but it always is. I cannot wait for the day when I am immune to this. I dont want to go into the details but even from South Carolina she caused us grief today.
Okay ignore that previous paragraph, I had to get it out of my head.
For the first time in a long while I went and bought groceries. It doesnt seem like much, but to me it was pretty exciting, I am thrilled that I dont have to eat ramen noodles this week every day for lunch. I made calico bean bake, it used to be called five bean bake, but I used way more than 5 beans this time, and there is a ton of leftovers, yay and yum. I have the makings of macaroni and cheese, apple crisp, sloppy joes, spaghetti, and there are snacks too.
I love Redbox movie rentals. Today we rented Lakeview Hights, which was a very good movie and currently I am watching The Secret Life of Bees, a book I enjoyed and the movie is really good too. Jennifer Hudson is fantastic in this movie and Alicia Keyes amazing and so beautiful. I adore Queen Latifah, and have for a long time. This is one I may have to purchase.
