4th worst play of 2013

I think I posted this several times, but this whole game was a mess. Hard to choose between this or AUK or even something later, but I'll only pick this play as indicative of my entire CO tournament. My play style is strange in that more than half the time I make a bad play, I know that I'm making a bad play as I'm playing it, and I could even tell you what I think the right play is. So wtf?
