There's nothing like a small family gathering and topics of discussion that comes up: Politics, the election (for over 2 hours!) religion, war history, circumsition (both male and female), and also a dash of country music from 20's - 40's. Especially when you have a relative that's generally don't know the social conduct of "let other people speak too." I do have to say he's one of the very few people that makes me interested in politics. And he speaks his mind, doesn't care at all what other think - which think is pretty awesome!
Big bang Theory 4x01
I LOVED this episode, I was laughing throughout the whole episode.
Penny and Sheldon scenes are golden. I really hope the show continue like this for the rest of the season :D
Merlin 3x03
I'm not really sure what to say... on one hand, it was a good humour episode, Richard got to stretch his wings a bit playing an 'goblin'. But it was more of a 'kiddie' episode this time around? I did like Gwen and Merlin working together again! And semi-revelation again about Merlin!
I do have to wonder when people do actually find out... what will they think? "I knew it!" Was a tad disappointed with Arthur for not beliving Merlin from start, I thought at least he would think about it - cause really, when have Merlin really lied to Arthur about things like that? (aside from the whole.. magic, of course)
Fun to see Geoffrey again :)
And oh! Time to redefine the dictionary again. Apparently "simultaneously" means "a few days later."
So,
aftonbladet.se (swedish newspaper) had an article about airing a new TV show called 'The Event' 5 days after US aired it. You know, that's fine, I'm glad they actually finally figured this out that *gasp* we don't really want to wait a year for new tvshows to air here. What I find to be more baffling though, they think this will "stop the filesharing"... seriously? SERIOUSLY? And they even use the term "release simultaneously" - just.. no. That is not a simultaneously release! from dictionary.com: "existing, occurring, or operating at the same time" does not mean a 5 day delay!
And no.. people still want to decide when, where and how to watch TV these days. How hard can it be understand that?
I give them props for taking a small step at the right direction though.
And I saw a frog today.
