(no subject)
Had a lovely day yesterday. I'ts my birthday this coming Wednesday and I spent the day with my Mum and Nan (as I usually do). I had a mooch about the shops with Mum, we had tea and chocolate croissants outside in the sunshine and I bought a beautiful Cernunnos figure I have been lusting over for the 2 years. It was too expensive for me to buy but the shop just found one in a cupboard the other day and seriously underpriced it. Yay me!
We met up with my Nan later on and had tea and fish and chips on the pier and even went on the carousel. My cousin didn't show up as she had a 'my Nan loves Lissa more than me' moment. Seriously, I love that girl like a sister but she does my head in sometimes. She's 18 this year but you wouldn't know it! I was never like that as her age (at least I bloody well hope not.
Mum went mad with presents. She bought me a wii game (resident evil) and a beautiful chiffon top from Monsoon that I can wear with jeans or dress up. Nan bought me another wii game (Trauma centre), I've been cutting people open and removing tumours all morning but the zombies on RE scare the SHIT out of me!
Mum also gave me a tin of rice pudding and some tea bags. I still get care packages at 35 (36 on Wednesday!).
