Newsy news. How news could be anything other than newsy, I'll never know.

Anyway. My computer=still dead. However, my mother has a spare laptop that I've been using. It's a better computer than the one that died on me. Well, better in that it's newer, bigger, holds more data, and is just a nicer looking computer. The downside of it is that it has almost no battery life. Ah well. I don't really plan on taking it anywhere with me. Apparently I get to have this computer. Which means that I get to use this one until they get me a new one for college.
We're still going to attempt to get the stuff off my other harddrive, so I'm really hoping that I didn't lose anything. *crosses fingers*
I actually wrote something in the last two days. Like... something that I like. Which is interesting. It's not finished, though. It's barely two and a half pages. But I think it's going well, and I like, so far. :D
I'm taking the SATs tomorrow. I'm fairly sure that I'll be fine, but I can't help but be a little nervous. At least I'm taking them near me. At my school's rival school, in fact, which is pratically four blocks from my school, closer to my house. So that's good. Means less time in the morning for me to be worried. I wonder if my dad will make me pancakes like he did the other times I took tests on Saturdays... Hm... I should ask him tonight to do that. Also, after the tests tomorrow I'm not grounded anymore, so I wanna go see MirrorMask with a friend. So we'll see if I have money for that, and like... can get a hold of her, and my parents aren't paranoid about the terrorist attacks. >.< Anyway. Not grounded anymore by tomorrow. This is a good thing. :D
