LJ strike is finally over. I don't think they're going to even care but at least tons of users have decided to do it so i hope at least they know that we won't sit by and watch if they happen to make more sudden drastic changes in the future.
It rained today ♥ the sun barely peeked through.
My impulse to check out things related to meteorology has resurfaced again. I stumbled across something very amusing though. Regional salary: pilots vs meteorologists. (the words "pilots" and "meteorologist" have been conveniently highlighted for you =p) I know that it's really too early to worry about such things now but i was initially searching stuff on jetstreams and got sidetracked lol. I have a feeling that i need to hone my debating skills regarding how airline industries always blames the weather for flight delays and all that D= and it's still very uncertain if i will even continue doing my masters in meteorology after i finish my environmental studies degree...

Hmm i don't think i can use Barry Wakelin's photos
whispyr =/ i was ready to e-mail him and everything but then i realised that the photos that he posted in public are all too small to be made into headers. And i feel bad for asking for bigger sizes when no one else is even given that priviledge. I want mine to be around the size in your LJ or with a longer lenght like your old woods one =D O well, i'll keep searching anyways =)
