Khabarovsk à Siberia’s railroad train à Irkutsk à the republic of Buryatia à Aleutian à Vladivostok
Aoi Yuu’s “Dandelion” is the photobook of the actress who won the 2006 movie award and became Japan’s representative actress, due to her roles in the movies “hula girl” and “honey and clover”. Before Aoi Yuu reached 20, she released “Travel Sand” in which she visited America together with Takahashi Yoko. But this time they went to Russia. The manager didn’t go together with her. Aoi Yuu, Takahashi Yoko and Tanai Misa (stylist) went together on the trip. Whilst in the Siberia railroad train, she visited the locals houses, walked on the frozen river…the photos were taken within Siberia’s solemn yet beautifully decorated scenery, which emphasizes and mirrored her strength and transparency (NOTE: this is talking about her pure and innocent character) directly, making her looks so breathtakingly beautiful. (like in her previous album, she didn’t apply any make-up). They compiled a diary from these digital pictures full of the memories of the trip, which is a more compressed version of how Aoi Yuu has matured.
