FFXIII demo.
The Final Fantasy XIII demo looks absolutely fantastic!!! *______________________* i'm in awe...
Lightning's always either doing some karate spin kicks, whilst hovering in the air for i don't know how long, hacking, slicing, somersaults, pulling the trigger on her gunblade, some more somersaults, before doing an entire 180 degree backflip somersault back. This girl is like a pretzel yo! XD GO GIRL!!!!
It's really interesting how everyone's/everything's able to maneuver more freely and doesn't always go back to their original position in a fight (hints at oooold FF series') so this really reflects what we've seen in the trailer. Music sounds very promising as well, well if Nobuo Uematsu's on board, despite only having to provide the main theme, it'll still be awesome =D and the creatures are so...'well-polished'. And i see you there cute little chocobo!! =3
There will still be the time gauge frame system to the battles. I haven't read any game magazines since last year (will do so before this week ends and will translate any important info that i read =D) so i don't know if S-E have announced any information about the battle system but from what i can see, the time gauge is divided into 3 parts and they correspond to 3 different attacks that your character can do so that's why Lightning can do such sophisticated multiple attacks all at once on her opponents.
AND DEAR HOLY HYNE. Sakamoto Maaya is voicing Lightning??! Excellent choice~ ♥...when she spoke in the opening movie i was so badly shocked...i can recognize that voice ANYWHERE! And Ono Daisuke will be Snow, this is going to be soooooooooooo awesome.
SQUARE-ENIX, YOU NEED TO RELEASE A PC VERSION SO THAT I CAN PLAY THIS. IF NOT I'LL HAVE TO WAIT TILL I'M OUT OF UNIVERSITY BEFORE I CAN PLAY! *cries*
EDIT: i didn't know that an FF wiki exists! XD they explain things so much better than i ever would! I'll go on fangirling about systems and characters lol so i won't rant about this anymore but i'll still read those scans that i can find.
