Long-overdue update
I haven't posted in a while, so I'll give everyone a heads-up on the oh-so-exciting events in my life.
Two-Fridays-ago (July 23rd) , virginhuntress and I had our 6 month anniversary. We went to a Thai place for dinner, the food was reasonably priced and really good, and afterwards we went for some chai and hot white-chocolate-something. After that, we both went back to my house, got comfortable, and... fell asleep. Hey, it was a long day!
Also on that Friday, padmaclynne left to go to Colorado.
The Wednesday after, (July 28th) sleepymaggie also left, to go to Colorado by a different route.
I'm not sure which day it was, but cans of sliced pineapples were on sale for 99c. So, I bought one. Then I bought some Maraschino cherries. Then I bought some yellow cake mix. Add some brown sugar, 3 eggs, butter, and some oil, and the end result was a pineapple upside-down cake!
