Let the sewing begin.
Now as some of you know i had a go at making Perrin my Bishou shushu some clothes....i think the first attempt went really well. Ive almost finished his second pair of dungerees. Pretty much the same as the blue ones only these ones are stripey. I have to cute and sew the shirt to go with them.
Well anyway im having a friend come down from Birmimham at the end of Febuary, she's bringing her 2 bjds with her for a sleep over. She is getting some pjs made for her bjds (shes 2 sd size ones). I dont think im upto making pjs for Lilith (who doesnt strike me as the type of girl that wears pjs - more nightdresses), Ninde (who lets face doesnt exactly wear clothes) and Jaegar (whos liable to stick me with that spear of his if i tried). Katie and Perrin are a different matter, they are both about the same size and i already have a pattern for basic trousers and shirts. With a little adaptation on the shirt pattern to make it longer i recon that i can make them some pjs. Thats the theory anyway.
So yesterday i paid a trip to Hobbycraft, expensive i know but i was given some vouchers for xmas. I only wanted to get 2 different coloured/patterned materials one for Katie's pjs and one for Perrin's. Didnt work out as planned as now i have 5 different coloured material to make something with. Im gonna make a start on Katie's pjs tomorrow and probably cut Perrin's out too. Hopefully i can get them finished for Feb as im sewing by hand and its kinda fiddley.
