Computer shit again
So..I have a philosophy test tomorrow at 10am and I have yet to study for it. Why you may ask, because I am a procastinator and thats what I do? No. This time its because this gorram frickin program that my school has made us load to make sure we stay all updated with our security things is going haywire....again... Its telling me yet again that I need to download windows Service Pack 2, when I know from experience what happens when I do that. So I have spent the better part of the day trying to fix this, so I can do normal things like get on AIM.
Another fun thing in my life is that my fall break is this weekend.. but I will probably not do anything special, because I have to work Friday night (5-11:30),Saturday night(4-10:30), Monday night(5-10:30), and Tuesday night(6-10:30).. leaving Sunday as the only day I am not working.. The most they can schedule me every week is 5 days, and thats exactly how many days every week they have been scheduling me. I know holiday season is coming up, and they need everyone to work as much as they can.. but I seriously feel like I am wearing thin. I have no social life here, barely (if) any friends here.. and its really hard to make any when I work practically every night. This past weekend with Chris, wonderful though it was and all, just further served to highlight the fact that I am incapable of having a social life.. The last time I got drunk before this past weekend, was by myself in my dorm room.. oh the joys of that night..
I really didn't intend this entry to be a pity fest, but being as late as it is, and the fact that I am so annoyed and frustrated with my computer.. it seems that any rant I made is gonna end up that way...
Oh well, on to more attempts to fix my computer, while I study for philosophy..
