Current Events
Well, I haven't updated this thing since before Disney, so i figured i probably should bring it up to date..
Disney was lots of fun, especially since i got to spend the entire time with Chris, yay. The places we stayed at were really nice, and Chris and I managed to be very time efficient and see everything that we wanted to see. Only downside was that it rained every day we were there and was abysmally humid before, during and after the rain.
After Disney, I haven't really been doing much other then work and hang with Chris. Not that there is anything bad about that since I need the money, and I have much fun with Chris.. I just wish sometimes there was more stuff to do in Stafford other then watch movies. We attempted to make a run to club Platinum last Thursday, but that got shot down when that huge accident shut 95 down, and the rain was crazy.
So this week has been ok, Chris is at boy scout camp for the whole week, so i am on my own a lot.. not so fun.. I have been trying to keep occupied by working every day this week by subbing for people and such, but I don't work thurs or friday, so we shall see how much i end up missing him then. Yesterday was fun because after i got home from work, I did some stupid scheduling shit for Mary Washington which is gonna have to get fixed anyways, but then when i was feeling pissed and such Pack calls to ask if i want to play frisbee up at Poole. Went up there and frisbee turned into Ultimate Frisbee with more people then I expected. We played from about 8-9:30ish with a break in the center for ice cream. I realized just how incredibly out of shape I am about halfway through the game when i just was getting so tired. Afterwards we went and got free slurpees at 7-11 and then hung out at Shannon's house for a little bit. So overall that was pretty cool to get to see some of the Gov. school kids again.
Today was kinda sucky, had to work and it was so frickin' humid. I felt like my skin was melting off my body, I was sooooooooo incredibly hot and sweaty.. but then it started getting dark and we closed early cuz of lightning. Normally i would be glad that we closed early, but I really need the money and closing early means i don't get paid..
Well that about sums up whats been happening recently.. I have my Preview this weekend at Mary Washington, which should be interesting cuz i am supposed to come with an approximate shedule all set up, when i don't even know what classes i am gonna get credit for and if they are gonna make me retake Chem 2 and Calculus. But other then that little bit it should be kinda fun cuz i get to see the dorms and stuff.
Ok well I am gonna go find something to entertain myself.. later
