Been There, Done That #2: Port Dickson
First things first, I'd like to welcome my new friend, showjuro. Kore kara yoroshiku~! ^.^v
Port Dickson Trip
When? May 28th until May 30th, 2010
Time? 3 days, 2 nights.
Where? Pekan Lukut, to be exact. Located somewhere in Negeri Sembilan
Theme? WATERRRRR!
What? Honestly? The only thing I was looking forward to was the private pool this resort has. 8D
♣ The name of the place where we stayed at is "The Legend International Water Homes". There's another hotel right next to it with the same name with the exception of the word "Villas" instead of "Homes. We had no idea they were 2 different hotels at first and my mum actually went to the parking lot to park the car until a bellboy told us that we were at the wrong hotel. XD
♣ The room is SPACIOUS!!! And cozy, too. It could fit 2 king-sized beds and STILL have space for other stuff.
Yeah, the room was so big, I couldn't fit the whole room setting into my tiny camera. Thus explained why I can only snap a picture of the beds. :P
♣ This is the private pool I mentioned earlier:
That's my brother right there. The bratty one. 8D The pool is about 4 feet deep but to be honest, I think it's more of a hot tub than a pool; because of its size. But then again, it's not a hot tub cuz the water's pretty cold. :P It's too bad I didn't have a chance to swim cuz I was having "that time of the month"!! TT^TT Talk about wrong timing. I had been looking forward to try the pool since early of this month!
♣ It was supposed to be a vacation but, I had no choice but to bring my assignment with me. It was a good thing I managed to accomplish it 5 hours after the arrival. I felt so proud of myself. *grins* My presentation's tomorrow, which is why I was keen on finishing it during my trip.
♣ The place was packed with baachans and jiichans tourists who came there on a tour bus. :D And, during breakfast time, by the time the clock strikes 9 a.m, pretty much most of the buffet would be wiped clean by hungry guests. 9 A.M. Imagine how early that is. O_O
♣ It rained heavily on the day of we checked out of the hotel. Luckily there were no thunders and lightnings (God knows how much I can't stand those. x___x) just heavy raindrops.
End of report. XD I have no idea what else to write. XD The vacation was pretty... normal. I mean, it's good that all 4 us got to properly spend time together again; considering the fact that the only time we ever get to see each other's faces at home is during dinner.
I've got to prepare myself for presentation tomorrow. ;o; Iya da naaaa~
OH OHHHH!!!! ANYONE OF YOU HAVE WATCHED "MONSTER" PERFORMANCE RECENTLY ON MUSIC STATION; RAISE YOUR HANDS!!! XD
