dude i know how u feel but rampaging isnt the way...use ur anger and rage in a constructive way. u say u play guitar and im sure ur pretty good at it. so use that as an outlet...a vent. when im mad or pissed off i usually write or play my bass. and trust there is no other soothing way of dealing with thing.
