In which, as for all things, there is a cessation.
I have been on livejournal for almost nine years. I started using it on a fateful day in October, 2001. (Friday, October 19th, to be precise.)
I'm not getting rid of it (or any of my communities), and by god if I get feywild west up and running that will be updated as often as I am able, but there will be a definite halting to the amount that I post here, as far as the ins and outs of being unemployed in Houston and other daily minutiae.
I am picking up and moving on to tumblr for the time being, very probably permanently.
It has nothing to do with livejournal, or people who use it. I just like tumblr a good deal more.
It's been a good run, but the time to move on has come.
