It's been so long since I actually got a holiday off, I forgot what this one even was. How the hell could I forget Columbus Day?
Also, on a similar train of thought, is Casimir Pulaski day celebrated outside of Illinois? Wikipedia says no, which kinda makes me sad. I wonder if other states even know it's a Day?
Well, I'm celebrating the FUCK out of it next year. I will bring Casimir to Texas. Gonna take that day off and Polish it up right.
Pierogi will flow like water. Kielbasa will be consumed. And, if I can find some Pączki... I can't think of a way to end this sentence because now I want Pączki too damned much. I kinda miss having a nice Polish bakery right down the street.
