A/N : look.. an update.. YAY!!!! I can't believe myself finally I can write this chapter.. >.<
I'm sorry for the long long long waiting.. I hope you guys still stick with me.. >.< For those who asked me how many chapter this would be, honestly I still don't know.. But I can see it's nearly end soon enough.. And for those who waiting this chapter patiently... I LOVE YOU ALL >.<
I'm still high due to NewS' DVD.. Not much Nishikato love but hey there's still a slight Nishikato love deshou.. ^^ (or is it only me?!)
But I noticed that Ryo sang Shige's song, Cacao, at Gakuya in the last documentary.. ^^v
And the way Ryo feeding Shige.. In a rather cruel way tho.. But no one was fed by Ryo deshou.. LOL .. And did you notice when Shige was fed by Yamapi (at the third Gourmet Documentary), he didn't respond much?! LOL
Maa.. I should stop fangirl over my imaginary OTP.. LOL .. Obviously KoyaShige is the winner at DVD.. XDDDDDD

Chapter 13
"Arigatou gozaimashita," Shige said and bowed to his drama's staff members.
Tonight was his last scene for his drama. Shige began to pack his things while other crew members cleared up their tools. There was not many cast members who came - the last episode mostly consisted of his scenes. That was why he was so surprised when everyone of the crew suddenly gathered up and gave him a bouquet of flowers to officially thank him for his hard work in making the drama a success.
"Eh?!" Shige stopped his activity and looked around, confused but happy.
"Otsukaresama deshita."
Everyone cheered. They bowed at each other then bowed to all staffs. After exchanging a few words of gratitude as well as expectance of the possibility of another future project together, Shige resumed his activity to pack his belongings.
Done with his packing, Shige took his phone and speed dialed while looking at his bouquet. There was no answer. Shige tried couple times and still no answer. He sighed and cursed.
What is he doing at this time of the night? Is he still with others? Still at karaoke?
Shige sighed louder, looking at his bouquet once again. How was I supposed to go home with this? Yappari I have to take train with this ne. I won't forgive you for not answering my call, Nishikido Ryo.
Giving his last goodbye to the remaining, loitering staff, Shige made his way home. Fortunately, it was already late so there was less people in the train. Walking to his house from the nearest train station in his neighbourhood, he tried to call Ryo a couple of times again. Still no answer. Pouting, Shige kicked everything his feet met.
What is he doing? How could he do this? How dare he ignores my calls?
Never once he was thinking about calling his own boyfriend. He meant Koyama, of course.
Arriving at his apartment complex, he took the elevator to reach his floor. When he opened his house's front door, he noticed that they had a guest. There was a pair of shoes which he didn't recognize. But he didn't see anyone in his living room when he entered his home. He followed where the voices were coming from. It looked like his mother was still up too, which was very rare for his mother to do so at this hour.
Kitchen. Shige frowned. He seemed to recognize the voice except his parents’ voice. He rushed towards it and spotted a very rare occasion.
"Ryo!! What are you doing here?"
Ryo and his parents were sitting at dining table. It looked like they already finished their dinner. Dirty plates were spotted in the sink. They were having deserts now.
"Ah okaeri," Shigemama greeted his son, "You had your dinner?"
"Tadaima. Not yet but I'm not hungry."
Shige spotted Ryo's cell phone on table. Active.
He's not answering my calls on purpose.
Shige frowned some more. He threw a deadly glance to Ryo who smirked teasingly, knowing that his younger lover was sulking. He kept rejecting his lover's calls earlier. And as he predicted, Shige was sulking now. He grinned widely.
"Are you sure you don't want to eat?" Shigemama asked once again.
"No. I'm gonna go to sleep."
Shige handed the bouquet to his mother while making his way towards the refrigerator, opened it and grabbed a bottle of mineral water.
"What is it? You didn't mistake me as someone else, did you?" Shigemama asked. A slight teasing tone could be heard.
"I already finished filming." Shige stopped, only to turn around and shrug at his parent before continuing his journey.
"Don't be rude. We have guest."
"Yea. Hi everyone. I'm gonna go to sleep. Bye."
Once he was in his room, he grumbled non-stop. He was mad at Ryo for not answering his calls. But he was wondering what the older one was doing here. At his house. At this hour. 11pm.
Shige gasped. Don't tell me he's gonna sleep over.
Shige opened his cupboard, searching for his pajama. Suddenly his door opened and Ryo walked in.
"What's with that cold greeting?" Ryo asked teasingly once the door closed behind him.
Shige didn't answer and continued searching. He pulled out his pajama when Ryo hugged him from behind.
"Mad at me, honey?"
Shige wasn't answering. Ryo started to kiss his lover's cheek.
"Why are you mad at me?" Ryo asked once again, pretending to be unaware of his own fault.
Shige was still silent. He closed the cupboard and turned around, trying to get away from Ryo's hug. Instead he only gave Ryo a chance to push him against cupboard and trap him there. Ryo smirked in victory. He held both of Shige's wrists, not allowing the younger to move.
"Don't you miss me, honey?" Ryo asked and kissed Shige's lips. But Shige turned his face and Ryo could only kiss the younger's cheek.
Ryo smirked more, knowing his lover was still sulking.
"You're cuter when you're mad," Ryo said and kissing Shige's jaw.
Frowning, Shige looked at Ryo. He became even more annoyed at his older lover. Clearly, Ryo was playing with him. Ryo took the chance to capture Shige's lips into a soft kiss. But Shige just stayed still, not responding to the kisses when Ryo didn't stop.
"You really mad at me huh?!" Ryo ended his kisses and looked at Shige's eyes.
"My parents are still outside. They would hear." Shige's answered was flat.
"They're the ones who asked me to go after you to tell you that bath is ready. Moreover, I'm gonna sleep here after all."
"Says who?" Shige's eyes widened.
"Says your parents."
Shige frowned.
"So, why are you mad? Don't you miss me?"
"What's with not answering any of my calls?"
"I was having dinner with your parents. I couldn't just answer my phone, could I? That would be rude."
"No it wouldn't. At least tell me what you're doing so I won't curse you along my way home."
"You cursed me?! How could you?" Ryo pretended to sound angry and kissed Shige's lips couple times.
"Yea," Shige answered between the attacks from Ryo, "Because you're ignoring me," breathing, "and because of that," breathing, "I have to go home," breathing, "on train," breathing, "bringing a huge bouquet of flowers," breathing, "Ryo, let me talk properly."
Ryo smirked.
"No. I love kissing you."
"Ryo~~."
"I miss you, honey."
"I miss you too.
Ryo stopped his kisses and stare at Shige's eyes lovingly.
"I'm sorry okay. I really couldn't answer your call then. I'm trying to leave a good impression on your parents."
"What?"
"I'll make up it up to you. Now you go take a bath."
Ryo released Shige with a peck on the younger's lips.
Shige grabbed his phone while walking outside with Ryo tailing him. Ryo noticed this and let out a little sigh. He knew that Shige was going to call Koyama. But he couldn't do anything. Koyama was still his lover's boyfriend. He was the one who was the third person right now.
He was the one who should walk away. But how could he walk away when Shige chose him. Well not exactly chose him. Shige practically chose both of them. Him and Koyama. And he was stupid enough to let himself to be trapped in this difficult situation.
After what happened earlier, he could not believe himself that he still came to Shige. But he knew exactly, if he didn't come to Shige, the younger would definitely come to him. It didn't matter who came to whom because in the end, they simply would try to find each other.
"Nani, Tacchon?"
"What's wrong?! You sound annoyed."
"Nothing. What's up? You're looking for Uchi? He's with us. We're gonna go to karaoke."
"You're upset. I suppose they're making out in front of you."
"Shut up, Tacchon," Ryo snapped and passed his phone to Uchi, "Tell your boyfriend to stay away from my problem."
Uchi accepted the phone and squeaked, "Awww.. Ryo chan has this strap. We have something like this too."
Crap, Ryo said in his heart. "We?"
"Yea. Me and Tacchon. Tacchon, Ryo chan has a strap like us... The pair? I dunno. Ryo chan only has one of them... Eh ?! .. Ah yabai .. Gomen .. ."
With that Uchi walked away from the others. Ryo stared at Uchi intently. Yamapi and Kusano looked at each other. They knew something was going on.
Ryo glanced at Koyama who gave him an unreadable look. Ryo looked away, not daring to look back at Koyama.
"Did you give the pair to Shige?" Suddenly Koyama asked bluntly. Ryo jumped a little, surprised. He was fidgeting but not answering and refused to look at Koyama

"Did you know that he lied to me, saying he got it from Yui chan?!" Koyama continued.
Ryo's eyes widened but still silent. He didn't expect that Shige would go that far.
"He never lied to me before."
"He doesn't want to hurt you." Finally Ryo mumbled, answering.
"He already knew that whatever he does, I won't get hurt."
Ryo nodded slightly.
"I won't give him to a person who makes him tell lies to me. Never."
Ryo slowly lifted his face and looked into Koyama's eyes. Determination could be seen. Ryo didn't know what to do. He just nodded again slowly.
Uchi finished his call with Ohkura and walked back to the crowd, giving back Ryo's cell phone. He was frowning, feeling the weighing tension around them.
"Eeto .. " Uchi started to talk but didn't know what he was supposed to say. He felt that he was missing a lot of things within the 5 minutes he walked out of the room to continue his conversation with Ohkura.
"Uchi, I'm sorry I can't join you. I have to go home to feed Nyanta. Minna, gomen ne."
Everyone was startled at the sudden and lame excuse.
But Koyama made his move as quickly as he could and no one could respond to it. For couple minutes, they only looked at each other, not knowing what to do. Yamapi nudged Kusano, told his younger boyfriend to go after Koyama when Tegoshi did, to give the Waseda student a helping hand or something.
"Is that okay?" Kusano asked Massu.
"Yea, I hope Tegoshi can win Koyama's heart. Finally," Massu answered.
"EEHH?!"
Everyone was shocked and looked at Massu with their widest eyes.
"What?" Massu asked back, amazed with his friends' response.
"You and Tegoshi are not a couple?" Kusano asked.
"No, of course not. What are you talking about?! I already have someone else. Tegoshi is like my younger brother.."
"Uso," Uchi retorted.
"Uso janai yo,"
"Dare ga?" Yamapi asked suspiciously.
"Not telling."
"Come on. Tell us. I suppose the one whom you always call when we have our breaks." Yamapi stated.
"Un."
"But you never made a call anymore lately," Yamapi continued.
"He lives abroad now. We called at night or early in the morning."
"Aaaa... so he's a 'he' " Kusano said. Massu smacked his head immediately. Everyone laughed.
"Ryo chan, you better pray that Tegoshi could win Koyama's heart," Yamapi said and patted Ryo's back,
"And can you stop cheating behind Koyama's back? Shige is not yours anymore, mind you."
"It's not like I want to do this."
At last they cancelled their plan to go together and made some other day to make up for this.
That was how Ryo manage to have dinner with Shige's parents. No, he was not going asking for Shige from his lover's parents. Not when they were still trapped in this fucking love triangle. Even though he had a feeling that Shige's parents already knew about their relationship - aside from Shige and Koyama's relationship since Ryo was not sure whether Shige's parents knew about that as well - he was not willing to take a risk.
"Nishikido kun, we'll go to sleep first." Shigemama said, snapping Ryo back from his wandering mind.
"Ah sumimasen.. Hai' .. I'll wait for Shige to finish his bath."
With that, Shige parents walked to their room, leaving Ryo with his mind again.
"Care to give me a ride?" Ryo asked Yamapi who only nodded as a response.
"Ignoring me wouldn't stop me from loving him, you know," Ryo said bitterly.
They're already inside Yamapi's car. Ryo, as usual, sat at the backseat while Kusano sat beside Yamapi in front. Kusano and Yamapi chatted and being lovey dovey, ignoring Ryo completely.
Annoyed him, they did.
"We know," Yamapi responded while taking a meaningful glance at Kusano.
"And don't start to lecture me. I've had enough," Ryo continued.
"We won't."
"Good."
"It's just I hope you can settled this down. Because I don't want our group to get affected."
"Yes, Riida sama," Ryo answered mockingly.
Ryo looked at outside, enjoying the view from inside the moving car.
"Ne Nishikido kun."
Suddenly Kusano spoke up.
"He knows," he continued.
"Who?"
"Koyama. He knows that Shige is cheating on him with you."
Ryo did not respond. He was waiting.
"That's not a new, you know." Finally Ryo respond since Kusano didn't seem to continue, "Clearly he was pissed back then."
"No.. I mean he already knew since the beginning. He just didn't know how to end their relationship."
"What's so hard? There's no doubt that Shige loves me."
"You really have no right saying those," Yamapi interfered sharply, "Not when you're the one who screwed everything up."
"Koyama was not you, Nishikido kun. He really would gladly give Shige to you but he must make sure that you won't hurt him anymore. Beside he must do it without making Shige feeling guilty."
"Why must Shige feel guilty?"
"Once again Nishikido kun, they're not you," Kusano emphasized while sighing away.
"It was Shige who made a move on me first so just you know."
"Shige, for once, wants to fulfil Koyama's wish," Kusano continued as if Ryo never spoke, "He doesn't want to disappoint Koyama."
"And sacrificing his own will?"
"You have no idea what Koyama has been doing for Shige until now. And he doesn't like when Shige lied to him. Not at all."
"So? He's already lying all this time. I won't pretend that I don't know but I really don't expect that Shige would go this far."
"Yes, he would go this far for person he loves the most. You should've known. You don't understand at all, do you?" Kusano sighed.
"Shige loves you and would do anything just to be with you. But in other hand, he doesn't want to let Koyama down. If Koyama asked Shige to break up since it's impossible for Shige to do so, Koyama was sure enough that Shige would feel guilty. That's the last thing that Koyama want to see. You know that once Shige feels guilty, he would regret it for the rest of his life."
Ryo's mouth was still glued together when Kusano ended his speech.
"And Shige won't make a move on you if you didn't kidnap him that day," Kusano added.
"So this was my entire fault?"
"You ask the obvious, don't you?" Yamapi answered for Kusano.

"Moshi moshi," Shige greeted once the other party picked up the phone.
"Hei, how are you?"
"I'm fine. We just met, Kei," Shige chuckled.
"Yea you're right. Just got home?"
"Yea. I'm gonna taking a bath before sleep. I'm so tired."
"Sleep well. Tomorrow is a day off luckily."
"Yea day off for you. I have classes tomorrow."
"Ah I see."
Silent followed for a few seconds.
Something is not right, Shige thought.
"Are you not going to pick me up?" Shige asked, frowning. Finally realize what was missing from his
boyfriend. Koyama usually would offer a ride when he must go to school and the older had a day off.
"No."
"Why? Because you know that I would refuse?"
"No, not that."
"Then why?"
Shige heard the other sigh.
"Shige.. sweety .."
"Yes?"
"Are you being honest with me now?"
"Eh?! Yes, of course. Why?"
"Do you love me?"
"Yes," Shige answered immediately, "of course I love you."
"Do you love me as much as you love Ryo?"
Shige opened his mouth only to close it again. He couldn't answer to that.
"I'm sorry," Shige mumbled his answer.
Koyama sighed harder from the other line.
"It's okay. I already knew. I'm the one who insisted."
"I'm sorry. I've tried, Kei."
"Let's end this."
"Eh?!"
"I know this is not going to work, between us. I'm sorry for forcing you. So let's just end this."
"Eh?! You're kidding, right."
"No. I'm serious. I'm sure you'll be much happier without me forcing you to love me."
"Are you serious?"
"Yea. But we'll stay the same. I love you still. It's just... I let you go now. You can still come to me to talk about everything."
"..."
"I'm sorry ne Shige. I wish for your happiness."
"Kei," Shige tried to laugh, "if you're kidding, you better stop it. It's not funny you know."
"Shige," Koyama took a deep breath, "I'm not kidding. I'm serious."
"You're scaring me. Come on, stop it, Kei."
"I'm sorry, Shige. I'm serious this time. I don't want to tell you by phone. But I think the sooner is the better."
"..."
"Like I've said, I'm still here, Shige. We won't change. You can still ask me for help. You can still tell me your problem. The only thing that changes is we're not lovers anymore."
"I hurt you again, right?" Shige whispered.
"No.. no you're not. I'm fine, Shige. I'm cool."
"I must be hurt you. Tell me how to fix it, Kei."
Koyama sighed hard. He already predicted that Shige wouldn't let him go easily this time.
"Ok.. I'll tell you."
"I'm listening."
"Our relationship hurt me. So if you don't want to hurt me, let's end our relationship."
Shige tried to understand Koyama's statement. He let Koyama's words registered slowly into his brain.
"Is that so?" Shige asked softly.
"Yep."
"Okay."
"I'm sorry ne."
"Okay."
"We're still good."
"Okay."
"Take care, Shige."
"Okay."
Koyama hung up, leaving Shige stunned, shocked of what he just heard. He slowly put his phone down before entering the shower.
His mind was blank. He should feel relieved for that. Koyama broke up with him. It should be easier this way.
But why did he feel like something was still wrong instead?
He finished his bath quickly, put on his pajama and stepped out from bathroom.
"Ryo,"
"Yes, honey." Ryo welcomed his lover and hugged him tightly.
Shige hugged back, buried his face on the older's shoulder. Sensing something was wrong, Ryo broke the hug and held Shige by shoulder.
"What's wrong?"
"Kei."
"What's wrong with Koyama?"
"He broke up with me. Good news ne," Shige smiled, "I wouldn't cheat on him again. I wouldn't lie to him again."
But slowly tears made its way on Shige's cheeks. Ryo wiped it off softly. He realized that this was hard for Shige. He understood what Kusano had said back then.
Shige lifted his arm and touched his cheek, feeling the dampness.
"I'm supposed to feel happy, right. This is easier, right." Shige asked. His voice was trembling.
"So why am I crying?"
Ryo put his arm around his lover's waist and led Shige to the younger's bedroom. Ryo closed and locked the door once they stepped in. He sat Shige down on the bed and sat next to him.
Ryo held both of Shige's hands tightly. He wanted to give Shige strength. Shige was still silent when more tears flooded out of his eyes.
"I'm not supposed to cry, right Ryo. I'm supposed to smile. I'm supposed to celebrate this."
Ryo didn't answer. He kissed Shige's fingers one by one instead. Then he pulled his lover closer and hugged the stiffened body tightly. Giving as much comfort as he could.
"Let it go, honey. Let it go," Ryo whispered to the younger's ear.
Shige began to sob. Ryo was rocking Shige's body, smoothing his hair down to soothe the tension out of him. Shige cried harder. He put his arms around Ryo and grabbed at the older's shirt.
"This is my fault, Ryo," Shige sobbed harder.
"This is my fault. I shouldn't have accepted him in the first place. Why do I always hurt him? He doesn't deserve the pain, Ryo."

Shige opened his cupboard, searching for his pajama. Suddenly his door opened and Ryo walked in.
"What's with that cold greeting?" Ryo asked teasingly once the door closed behind him.
Shige didn't answer and continued searching. He pulled out his pajama when Ryo hugged him from behind.
"Mad at me, honey?"
Shige wasn't answering. Ryo started to kiss his lover's cheek.
"Why are you mad at me?" Ryo asked once again, pretending to be unaware of his own fault.
Shige was still silent. He closed the cupboard and turned around, trying to get away from Ryo's hug. Instead he only gave Ryo a chance to push him against cupboard and trap him there. Ryo smirked in victory. He held both of Shige's wrists, not allowing the younger to move.
"Don't you miss me, honey?" Ryo asked and kissed Shige's lips. But Shige turned his face and Ryo could only kiss the younger's cheek.
Ryo smirked more, knowing his lover was still sulking.
"You're cuter when you're mad," Ryo said and kissing Shige's jaw.
Frowning, Shige looked at Ryo. He became even more annoyed at his older lover. Clearly, Ryo was playing with him. Ryo took the chance to capture Shige's lips into a soft kiss. But Shige just stayed still, not responding to the kisses when Ryo didn't stop.
"You really mad at me huh?!" Ryo ended his kisses and looked at Shige's eyes.
"My parents are still outside. They would hear." Shige's answered was flat.
"They're the ones who asked me to go after you to tell you that bath is ready. Moreover, I'm gonna sleep here after all."
"Says who?" Shige's eyes widened.
"Says your parents."
Shige frowned.
"So, why are you mad? Don't you miss me?"
"What's with not answering any of my calls?"
"I was having dinner with your parents. I couldn't just answer my phone, could I? That would be rude."
"No it wouldn't. At least tell me what you're doing so I won't curse you along my way home."
"You cursed me?! How could you?" Ryo pretended to sound angry and kissed Shige's lips couple times.
"Yea," Shige answered between the attacks from Ryo, "Because you're ignoring me," breathing, "and because of that," breathing, "I have to go home," breathing, "on train," breathing, "bringing a huge bouquet of flowers," breathing, "Ryo, let me talk properly."
Ryo smirked.
"No. I love kissing you."
"Ryo~~."
"I miss you, honey."
"I miss you too.
Ryo stopped his kisses and stare at Shige's eyes lovingly.
"I'm sorry okay. I really couldn't answer your call then. I'm trying to leave a good impression on your parents."
"What?"
"I'll make up it up to you. Now you go take a bath."
Ryo released Shige with a peck on the younger's lips.
Shige grabbed his phone while walking outside with Ryo tailing him. Ryo noticed this and let out a little sigh. He knew that Shige was going to call Koyama. But he couldn't do anything. Koyama was still his lover's boyfriend. He was the one who was the third person right now.
He was the one who should walk away. But how could he walk away when Shige chose him. Well not exactly chose him. Shige practically chose both of them. Him and Koyama. And he was stupid enough to let himself to be trapped in this difficult situation.
After what happened earlier, he could not believe himself that he still came to Shige. But he knew exactly, if he didn't come to Shige, the younger would definitely come to him. It didn't matter who came to whom because in the end, they simply would try to find each other.
"Nani, Tacchon?"
"What's wrong?! You sound annoyed."
"Nothing. What's up? You're looking for Uchi? He's with us. We're gonna go to karaoke."
"You're upset. I suppose they're making out in front of you."
"Shut up, Tacchon," Ryo snapped and passed his phone to Uchi, "Tell your boyfriend to stay away from my problem."
Uchi accepted the phone and squeaked, "Awww.. Ryo chan has this strap. We have something like this too."
Crap, Ryo said in his heart. "We?"
"Yea. Me and Tacchon. Tacchon, Ryo chan has a strap like us... The pair? I dunno. Ryo chan only has one of them... Eh ?! .. Ah yabai .. Gomen .. ."
With that Uchi walked away from the others. Ryo stared at Uchi intently. Yamapi and Kusano looked at each other. They knew something was going on.
Ryo glanced at Koyama who gave him an unreadable look. Ryo looked away, not daring to look back at Koyama.
"Did you give the pair to Shige?" Suddenly Koyama asked bluntly. Ryo jumped a little, surprised. He was fidgeting but not answering and refused to look at Koyama

"Did you know that he lied to me, saying he got it from Yui chan?!" Koyama continued.
Ryo's eyes widened but still silent. He didn't expect that Shige would go that far.
"He never lied to me before."
"He doesn't want to hurt you." Finally Ryo mumbled, answering.
"He already knew that whatever he does, I won't get hurt."
Ryo nodded slightly.
"I won't give him to a person who makes him tell lies to me. Never."
Ryo slowly lifted his face and looked into Koyama's eyes. Determination could be seen. Ryo didn't know what to do. He just nodded again slowly.
Uchi finished his call with Ohkura and walked back to the crowd, giving back Ryo's cell phone. He was frowning, feeling the weighing tension around them.
"Eeto .. " Uchi started to talk but didn't know what he was supposed to say. He felt that he was missing a lot of things within the 5 minutes he walked out of the room to continue his conversation with Ohkura.
"Uchi, I'm sorry I can't join you. I have to go home to feed Nyanta. Minna, gomen ne."
Everyone was startled at the sudden and lame excuse.
But Koyama made his move as quickly as he could and no one could respond to it. For couple minutes, they only looked at each other, not knowing what to do. Yamapi nudged Kusano, told his younger boyfriend to go after Koyama when Tegoshi did, to give the Waseda student a helping hand or something.
"Is that okay?" Kusano asked Massu.
"Yea, I hope Tegoshi can win Koyama's heart. Finally," Massu answered.
"EEHH?!"
Everyone was shocked and looked at Massu with their widest eyes.
"What?" Massu asked back, amazed with his friends' response.
"You and Tegoshi are not a couple?" Kusano asked.
"No, of course not. What are you talking about?! I already have someone else. Tegoshi is like my younger brother.."
"Uso," Uchi retorted.
"Uso janai yo,"
"Dare ga?" Yamapi asked suspiciously.
"Not telling."
"Come on. Tell us. I suppose the one whom you always call when we have our breaks." Yamapi stated.
"Un."
"But you never made a call anymore lately," Yamapi continued.
"He lives abroad now. We called at night or early in the morning."
"Aaaa... so he's a 'he' " Kusano said. Massu smacked his head immediately. Everyone laughed.
"Ryo chan, you better pray that Tegoshi could win Koyama's heart," Yamapi said and patted Ryo's back,
"And can you stop cheating behind Koyama's back? Shige is not yours anymore, mind you."
"It's not like I want to do this."
At last they cancelled their plan to go together and made some other day to make up for this.
That was how Ryo manage to have dinner with Shige's parents. No, he was not going asking for Shige from his lover's parents. Not when they were still trapped in this fucking love triangle. Even though he had a feeling that Shige's parents already knew about their relationship - aside from Shige and Koyama's relationship since Ryo was not sure whether Shige's parents knew about that as well - he was not willing to take a risk.
"Nishikido kun, we'll go to sleep first." Shigemama said, snapping Ryo back from his wandering mind.
"Ah sumimasen.. Hai' .. I'll wait for Shige to finish his bath."
With that, Shige parents walked to their room, leaving Ryo with his mind again.
"Care to give me a ride?" Ryo asked Yamapi who only nodded as a response.
"Ignoring me wouldn't stop me from loving him, you know," Ryo said bitterly.
They're already inside Yamapi's car. Ryo, as usual, sat at the backseat while Kusano sat beside Yamapi in front. Kusano and Yamapi chatted and being lovey dovey, ignoring Ryo completely.
Annoyed him, they did.
"We know," Yamapi responded while taking a meaningful glance at Kusano.
"And don't start to lecture me. I've had enough," Ryo continued.
"We won't."
"Good."
"It's just I hope you can settled this down. Because I don't want our group to get affected."
"Yes, Riida sama," Ryo answered mockingly.
Ryo looked at outside, enjoying the view from inside the moving car.
"Ne Nishikido kun."
Suddenly Kusano spoke up.
"He knows," he continued.
"Who?"
"Koyama. He knows that Shige is cheating on him with you."
Ryo did not respond. He was waiting.
"That's not a new, you know." Finally Ryo respond since Kusano didn't seem to continue, "Clearly he was pissed back then."
"No.. I mean he already knew since the beginning. He just didn't know how to end their relationship."
"What's so hard? There's no doubt that Shige loves me."
"You really have no right saying those," Yamapi interfered sharply, "Not when you're the one who screwed everything up."
"Koyama was not you, Nishikido kun. He really would gladly give Shige to you but he must make sure that you won't hurt him anymore. Beside he must do it without making Shige feeling guilty."
"Why must Shige feel guilty?"
"Once again Nishikido kun, they're not you," Kusano emphasized while sighing away.
"It was Shige who made a move on me first so just you know."
"Shige, for once, wants to fulfil Koyama's wish," Kusano continued as if Ryo never spoke, "He doesn't want to disappoint Koyama."
"And sacrificing his own will?"
"You have no idea what Koyama has been doing for Shige until now. And he doesn't like when Shige lied to him. Not at all."
"So? He's already lying all this time. I won't pretend that I don't know but I really don't expect that Shige would go this far."
"Yes, he would go this far for person he loves the most. You should've known. You don't understand at all, do you?" Kusano sighed.
"Shige loves you and would do anything just to be with you. But in other hand, he doesn't want to let Koyama down. If Koyama asked Shige to break up since it's impossible for Shige to do so, Koyama was sure enough that Shige would feel guilty. That's the last thing that Koyama want to see. You know that once Shige feels guilty, he would regret it for the rest of his life."
Ryo's mouth was still glued together when Kusano ended his speech.
"And Shige won't make a move on you if you didn't kidnap him that day," Kusano added.
"So this was my entire fault?"
"You ask the obvious, don't you?" Yamapi answered for Kusano.

"Moshi moshi," Shige greeted once the other party picked up the phone.
"Hei, how are you?"
"I'm fine. We just met, Kei," Shige chuckled.
"Yea you're right. Just got home?"
"Yea. I'm gonna taking a bath before sleep. I'm so tired."
"Sleep well. Tomorrow is a day off luckily."
"Yea day off for you. I have classes tomorrow."
"Ah I see."
Silent followed for a few seconds.
Something is not right, Shige thought.
"Are you not going to pick me up?" Shige asked, frowning. Finally realize what was missing from his
boyfriend. Koyama usually would offer a ride when he must go to school and the older had a day off.
"No."
"Why? Because you know that I would refuse?"
"No, not that."
"Then why?"
Shige heard the other sigh.
"Shige.. sweety .."
"Yes?"
"Are you being honest with me now?"
"Eh?! Yes, of course. Why?"
"Do you love me?"
"Yes," Shige answered immediately, "of course I love you."
"Do you love me as much as you love Ryo?"
Shige opened his mouth only to close it again. He couldn't answer to that.
"I'm sorry," Shige mumbled his answer.
Koyama sighed harder from the other line.
"It's okay. I already knew. I'm the one who insisted."
"I'm sorry. I've tried, Kei."
"Let's end this."
"Eh?!"
"I know this is not going to work, between us. I'm sorry for forcing you. So let's just end this."
"Eh?! You're kidding, right."
"No. I'm serious. I'm sure you'll be much happier without me forcing you to love me."
"Are you serious?"
"Yea. But we'll stay the same. I love you still. It's just... I let you go now. You can still come to me to talk about everything."
"..."
"I'm sorry ne Shige. I wish for your happiness."
"Kei," Shige tried to laugh, "if you're kidding, you better stop it. It's not funny you know."
"Shige," Koyama took a deep breath, "I'm not kidding. I'm serious."
"You're scaring me. Come on, stop it, Kei."
"I'm sorry, Shige. I'm serious this time. I don't want to tell you by phone. But I think the sooner is the better."
"..."
"Like I've said, I'm still here, Shige. We won't change. You can still ask me for help. You can still tell me your problem. The only thing that changes is we're not lovers anymore."
"I hurt you again, right?" Shige whispered.
"No.. no you're not. I'm fine, Shige. I'm cool."
"I must be hurt you. Tell me how to fix it, Kei."
Koyama sighed hard. He already predicted that Shige wouldn't let him go easily this time.
"Ok.. I'll tell you."
"I'm listening."
"Our relationship hurt me. So if you don't want to hurt me, let's end our relationship."
Shige tried to understand Koyama's statement. He let Koyama's words registered slowly into his brain.
"Is that so?" Shige asked softly.
"Yep."
"Okay."
"I'm sorry ne."
"Okay."
"We're still good."
"Okay."
"Take care, Shige."
"Okay."
Koyama hung up, leaving Shige stunned, shocked of what he just heard. He slowly put his phone down before entering the shower.
His mind was blank. He should feel relieved for that. Koyama broke up with him. It should be easier this way.
But why did he feel like something was still wrong instead?
He finished his bath quickly, put on his pajama and stepped out from bathroom.
"Ryo,"
"Yes, honey." Ryo welcomed his lover and hugged him tightly.
Shige hugged back, buried his face on the older's shoulder. Sensing something was wrong, Ryo broke the hug and held Shige by shoulder.
"What's wrong?"
"Kei."
"What's wrong with Koyama?"
"He broke up with me. Good news ne," Shige smiled, "I wouldn't cheat on him again. I wouldn't lie to him again."
But slowly tears made its way on Shige's cheeks. Ryo wiped it off softly. He realized that this was hard for Shige. He understood what Kusano had said back then.
Shige lifted his arm and touched his cheek, feeling the dampness.
"I'm supposed to feel happy, right. This is easier, right." Shige asked. His voice was trembling.
"So why am I crying?"
Ryo put his arm around his lover's waist and led Shige to the younger's bedroom. Ryo closed and locked the door once they stepped in. He sat Shige down on the bed and sat next to him.
Ryo held both of Shige's hands tightly. He wanted to give Shige strength. Shige was still silent when more tears flooded out of his eyes.
"I'm not supposed to cry, right Ryo. I'm supposed to smile. I'm supposed to celebrate this."
Ryo didn't answer. He kissed Shige's fingers one by one instead. Then he pulled his lover closer and hugged the stiffened body tightly. Giving as much comfort as he could.
"Let it go, honey. Let it go," Ryo whispered to the younger's ear.
Shige began to sob. Ryo was rocking Shige's body, smoothing his hair down to soothe the tension out of him. Shige cried harder. He put his arms around Ryo and grabbed at the older's shirt.
"This is my fault, Ryo," Shige sobbed harder.
"This is my fault. I shouldn't have accepted him in the first place. Why do I always hurt him? He doesn't deserve the pain, Ryo."
