Fit and Fabulous by 40
I was watching some late late night television the other night and saw a commercial advertising some pill for women at 40 for menopause. I was horrified. It just occurred to me that 40 is only two years away for me and I know I've looked forward to it in the past but to be there now was really an wakening. It prompted me to start a FB group with my network to keep me accountable and on course to get to my desired fitness level. I just can't believe I've been fat almost as long as i was skinny. I really want to be fit and fab. I just want to feel good in my own skin at any size, but being fit is really important.
