So, exactly how many of Olivia's ex's know now of her feelings towards Natalia?
Alan Spaulding: suspected something from Emma's 'My Two Mommies' project, and confronted the two women.
Bill Lewis: she told a couple weeks ago that what she feels for Natalia is more than friendship
Jeffrey O'Neill: she told him Natalia makes her happy, and she's never felt this way about another woman.
Phillip Spaulding: she told when he was in the jail cell and she was wondering if he was going to try to take their daughter away from her again because of her 'living' arrangements; that he wouldn't object to Olivia being in love with Natalia.
I'm assuming there's a relationship history with Rick Bauer as well, and that he'd have more than some idea of how Natalia and Olivia feel for each other. For the amount of time he spent treating her with her heart transplant and post treatment, the amount of times that Natalia was at her bedside, he's got to figure something's up, even if Olivia hasn't outright admitted it to him.
I'm half expecting her to tell Buzz Cooper since they've been good friends as well as exes. Which should be a nice tangled web. Olivia tells Buzz she loves Natalia; Frank talks to his father about his feelings for Natalia, and Buzz saying telling him it's definitely not going to work. Might be an amusing bit of discussion. :)
