More Pictures in the UK
Well, I'm pretty darned sure that the inmates of Her Majesty's Prison (HMP) Oxford (nor the fictional HMP Larkhall (of "Bad Girls" series) never had food this good as the supper I had tonight at Malmaison Oxford - nor would they have paid what I had. But it's a once in a lifetime thing (hopefully not, though), so I figured why the Hades not.
I did the City Sightseeing Open-Top Bus Tour this afternoon. For the first bit it was really rainy so we just stayed in the bottom. There's earphones to listen to the history and tour as you go along. I went along the whole route first listening to the tour, then once it started to go around again, I got off and on in a few spots. Did a spot of shopping on Broad Street. Walked around a fair bit and took some more pictures, to which I'll post the links.
I'm going to go on a walking tour tomorrow, I think. Get in some more exercise.
And very sweet is the heated tile floor in the bathroom, so you bloody well don't freeze getting out of the shower or tub.
