In something 100% politics-free:
I have some prosciutto in the fridge that I didn't end up using for what I bought it for (um, parse that).
slashspouse has requested that it be used in a pasta tonight. I'm looking for ideas. I'd like something not-too-heavy (no alfredo, but a lighter cream sauce might work) in which it is at least a significant flavor note. I'm thinking of adding chicken for more protein, but after that, I'm sort of stumped.
Ideas?
