On baseball and small fanpeople
Just negotiated a deal with my daughter wherein she can be a Cubs fan as long as she's a Reds fan first; if the Cubs are playing the Reds, she has to root for the Reds, but if the Cubs are playing someone else, she can root for the Cubs.
Two points:
1. I think she's seen, like, one baseball game ever.
2. I think I'm going to lose this battle. I need to get her to a Reds game next summer.
