Alright then...
I'm head administrator of a game. A fun game. We all play as ninja capable of shooting fireballs out of our asses and seeing ghosts and even pooping. Part of my job is to do what I can to ensure the game is fun for people. My problem is that five of those people are what the scientific community refer to as "Fucking Retarded."
One of them thinks just because he speaks out it means a dozen other people are too scared of the administrative team to do so also.
One feels that the admin team is wrong simply because we don't do everything he wants.
A third just plain hates two of our admin and one of our HA.
Fourth is a "me too" off of the first one.
The fifth is a literate, educated, brainless arse. Now let me tell you, when a man born and raised in the southern part of the USA uses the word "arse" it means you've exhausted the bounds of US English and forced me to look elsewhere for a word.
Recently we banned a player. He was making back to back murderers and then going around using his high power to kill new people who don't even have the capability to beat a pacifist turtle. I mean a dozen characters back to back. Thankfully he was stopped on all but two occasions from managing the kill...but those two were horrible.
Just after the ban people two, fourth and five begin to scream about the ban. And I mean they use big words like "you can't" and "this won't happen". And instead of doing the right thing and ignoring them...I fuel the fire.
For I, you see, am an asshole.
So naturally a few other dissidents join into the mix. Keep in mind this is a game over over 200 people...and you have MAYBE ten people upset he's been banned and claiming the whole game wants him unbanned and that the admin are corrupt and biased.
MAYBE ten.
One person is suddenly banned. We carry a strict "No cursing in ooc" rule and he broke it. When asked to fix it he cussed at the mod who asked him to. Gone.
Now people are even more up in arms. Person one then comes into the fray. To call this person "special" is like calling Kanye West "unique". It does not do justice to the amount of douchebaggery either of these people display.
He begins to do his normal routine. He claims to know the "real" reason the bans happened and that we are in fact biased.
Then he goes to make his own game and tells another admin he's going to break rules on our's when his is done.
Oh wait...he was a mod. With mod powers.
Not anymore.
Suddenly my msn is afire with flames of war from this small group demanding I step down and explaining how they want to impeach me.
I told em to go ahead and, as I already knew, they had no clue what the word meant and thought it would have me removed from my position.
So now I have four people blocked on my msn, one of whom I used to consider a friend until this shit started. The fire has died down, and the game has survived with little more than one banned account.
But what's this? The banned has a brother on this game. A brother who hasn't posted at all recently except to allow his brother to ban evade. And now this brother is posting in a similar fashion to the one we have banned...
I'm going to need some advil to handle this level of stupid.
